Report Absence

On your child’s first day of absence please contact the school with details of your child’s illness. Please either telephone the school on 01708 446472 and choose option 1 to leave a voicemail message or option 4 to talk to a member of staff. Alternatively, please e-mail office office@shj.havering.sch.uk with the details.

Please contact the school again on day 3 and regularly afterwards if your child is still absent. In line with the Department of Health guidance to schools children should not return to school after vomiting or diarrhoea for 48 hours.
