Wednesday 21 July 2021 Mathematics World Cup Winners This week was a very special week at Squirrels Heath Junior School; a group of Year 4 students won the inaugural Mathematics World Cup, beating over 30,000 children from all over the world! The organiser visited the school to present the team with a special award, and the winners and runners up all received a medal and a certificate.

Friday 7 August 2020 July Newsletter Dear Parents/Carers,Fond FarewellWe come to the end of another academic year when we have to say goodbye to our Year 6 pupils. This year our farewell events have been a little different. Whilst some of our pupils returned to school the last half term, others remained at home and we are all sad that we could not say good bye in person. A goodbye video has been created for each year 6 class and will be available on Google Classrooms on Wednesday 22nd July. On behalf of the staff and governors, I would like to thank Year 6 pupils for their effort and commitment during their time with us. We wish them well in secondary school and look forward to hearing about their many achievements.RetirementIt is with great sadness that I inform you that, after 25 years of service at Squirrels Heath Junior School, Mrs Westlake will be retiring at the end of this term.
